If you regularly look at the Blurt Shirts news page, you may not know that we recently made some changes to the rest of the site. The home page now redirects you to our store front, since that is where most folks want to go.
Does this mean we eliminated the Favorites and About Us pages? No, they are still available. You can get to them from the News page here, or from the About Us page on our store front.

What happens when your pastor says or writes something funny? At Blurt Shirts, we make a design out of it. Our pastor was in the middle of writing something on the board during Bible study, and happened to stop after writing the following

If you weren't born and raised in Cleveland, you wouldn't understand it. If you didn't survive Red Right 88, The Drive, The Fumble, The Shot, the 1997 World Series, and the 2007 ALCS, you wouldn't understand it. If snow is something you like to view on the television from the comfort of your sofa, you wouldn't understand it.
If you lived through all of that and still choose to call Cleveland home, then you are special. There are great things to see and do in Cleveland. Those of us that have lived here for any point in time, know that. It's about time that someone had positive things to say about Cleveland in a way that's not cheesy (think "Cleveland plus") or outdated ("Cleveland Rocks"). If we Clevelanders - heck, all of us who live in Northeast Ohio - want our communities to thrive again, then we need to be positive and proud of what our city has to offer.
Blurt Shirts is proud to introduce its Cleveland line of designs, complete with its custom "Cleveland" font. You would think that, sooner or later, the Cleveland Browns would have that winning moment. The one where they realize what it takes to be a winner, and actually win. It won't happen this season, much like it didn't happen last season. Just as the Browns can recycle bad seasons, we can recycle this design.
Unfortunately, this year, they forgot step #3. Time to look at what draft picks they might get.

You think 2009 has been a crazy year for politics, just wait until after this week's elections. 2010 is the year that all Representatives and 1/3 of the Senate are up for election. Black or white, Democrat or Republican, conservative or liberal, everyone has been impugned and harrassed. And this was an off-year!
We're sure things will be all over the map this year. Will the Tea Party activists wreak havoc on the Republican Party, or on the Democrats? Will the "most transparent administration...evah!" continue to hide their daily doings and erode our freedoms? Only the Congressional elections of 2010 will tell.

Blurt Shirts had the honor of co-sponsoring a local fund-raiser for a man in his mid-20s who had both lungs replaced a couple years ago. Music, food, drinks and donations abounded. We were grateful and thankful for the opportunity to donate three shirts, selected by the event organizer, to the cause. At the end of the night, the shirts were raffled off. The lucky were to receive these shirts:
We hope to be involved again next year, and to contribute our musical talents as well.

Zazzle's site upgrades are terrific! There are a couple things that could use some tweaking, but overall, the improvements are great.
What does that mean for you? It pretty much means that site navigation will change to take advantage of Zazzle's new features. We are converting over the store to rely primarily on store "section" icons near the top of the home page, and at the top of each store section. This means a couple more clicks for you, but much easier navigation overall.
Please bear with us. Because of Zazzle's changes, all of our store changes will not happen overnight. We will always make sure that all of our designs and products are still available to you, and we will continue to add new designs as we make over the store.
